Do you have a physical store?
No. Vonshay is strictly an online boutique that currently does not have a physical store. We do however do Pop Up Shops almost every month! So check out our Pop Up Shop tab in the main menu to see where we will be poppin' up next!
How long does shipping take? And do you offer International Shipping?
All orders placed after 1pm (MST) will be shipped the following business dat. Usually you will receive your order within 3 business days after your order has processed, using USPS Priority Shipping. Please be advised that we have no control over any delays that may occur through USPS after we ship out your order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped out.
Currently we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.
Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as it is still within our allowed 7 days for returns. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy Page for more information.

Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 1- 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number sent to you via email. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Litchfield Park, Arizona. We try to be as accurate as possible. Vonshay is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order is signed for & delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer. Any lost or stolen claim should be made to the United States Postal Service.
